Anita Kotrlik is a financial executive and management consultant with extensive experience helping privately held and growing businesses strengthen accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, cash management, project accounting, and financial leadership.
Her career has included Controller and CFO-level leadership, financial transformation, accounting-system and process improvement, project-based accounting, executive advisory work, and development of accounting teams and infrastructure.
Anita founded NorthPoint Executive Partners around a model she repeatedly saw businesses need: access to experienced financial leadership combined with practical, hands-on understanding of how accounting operations actually work.
As Managing Partner, Anita leads client assessments, engagement design, executive relationships, and quality oversight while developing a team of experienced professionals capable of delivering NorthPoint engagements through a consistent methodology.
Anita's approach to leadership is grounded in accountability, service, integrity, and respect for the people behind the numbers. A former volunteer firefighter and proud wife and mother of U.S. Army Veterans, roles she considers among the greatest honors of her life, she brings those same principles of responsibility and service to the businesses NorthPoint supports.

NorthPoint primarily serves clients remotely throughout the United States, with onsite support incorporated when appropriate.
